Interim Finance Manager
Exeter (Hybrid)
Full or Part-time, Interim
£50,000 – £60,000 per annum

Our client, a prominent Exeter based organisation, is seeking an experienced and Finance Manager to join them, on a full or part-time, interim basis.

The Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, tracking actual results against forecasts to facilitate sound financial planning.
  • Provide clear financial reports and insights on cash, payroll, and billing to support informed business decisions.
  • Monitoring cash flow projections, setting robust budgets, and ensuring financial stability.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders on business improvement, IT, and strategic development projects.
  • Payroll

The Candidate:

  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified.
  • Strong background in financial management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Leadership experience, with proven people management and team oversight.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
