Interim Finance Manager
Exeter (Hybrid)
Full or Part-time, Interim
£50,000 – £60,000 per annum
Our client, a prominent Exeter based organisation, is seeking an experienced and Finance Manager to join them, on a full or part-time, interim basis.
The Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, tracking actual results against forecasts to facilitate sound financial planning.
- Provide clear financial reports and insights on cash, payroll, and billing to support informed business decisions.
- Monitoring cash flow projections, setting robust budgets, and ensuring financial stability.
- Collaborating with senior leaders on business improvement, IT, and strategic development projects.
- Payroll
The Candidate:
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified.
- Strong background in financial management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Leadership experience, with proven people management and team oversight.
- Superb interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
