Lloyd Barnes  was founded in 2004 by Mark Lloyd and Alison Vaughan, each bringing over 25 years of invaluable experience in finance recruitment to the company. Since its inception, Lloyd Barnes has expanded its services to encompass a diverse spectrum of industries.

Before creating their own agency, Mark and Alison had highly successful careers as Recruitment Directors for a prominent FTSE 100 company which operated throughout the South West. Their unparalleled expertise in the field has served as the cornerstone behind the continual growth, triumph, and standing of Lloyd Barnes.
