Our client, a leading organisation in their sector, is looking to recruit an experienced FP&A Manager to join their finance team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As FP&A Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in partnering with senior management to drive informed, data-led decisions across the organisation. You’ll take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting cycle, deliver robust financial models, and provide clear commercial insight that directly supports strategic growth and long-term planning.
The responsibilities:
- Oversee the annual budgeting cycle and rolling forecasts, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with strategic priorities.
- Conduct scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to test assumptions and provide actionable insights for commercial decision-making.
- Produce detailed monthly reporting packs for group level, including variance analysis and commentary on financial and operational performance.
- Analyse performance drivers to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
- Build financial accountability across departments by partnering effectively with teams and presenting outcomes in a clear, engaging manner to both finance and non-finance audiences.
The candidate:
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CFA, or equivalent).
- Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally in a group or multi-entity environment.
- Proven background in leading budget and forecasting cycles, alongside strong financial modelling capability.
- Advanced Excel and systems skills (Oracle Fusion, Hyperion or similar highly valued).
- Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
