As Finance Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day finance operations, lead and support a small team, strengthen financial controls, and provide valuable commercial insight to support business performance and continued growth.

The responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth running of the finance function and support the wider administration team
• Manage accurate financial records, reporting processes, and accounting systems
• Lead and develop a finance team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring
• Take ownership of accounts payable, receivables, and credit control activities
• Produce key management information and monitor financial performance indicators
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Maintain effective financial controls and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Manage payroll, banking processes, and supplier relationships
• Support senior leadership with commercial insight and operational decision-making

The candidate:

• Finance professional with experience in practice or early-stage industry experience
• Qualified Accountant, part-qualified, or qualified by experience (QBE)
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, controls, and financial reporting
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business
• Proactive, organised, and commercially minded with a hands-on approach
