Business Development Executive
Bath | Hybrid (2 days office)
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 + Commission + Performance Bonus
We are working with an ambitious, fast-growing SaaS organisation who are seeking a Business Development Executive to play a key role in winning new clients and driving revenue growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who wants to make a real impact in a business on an upward trajectory.
As the Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, meeting with prospective clients, and closing deals that deliver real value. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you’ll uncover client challenges, present tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do:
- Generate and convert new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound leads.
- Run consultative sales meetings and solution demos with senior decision-makers.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline, driving opportunities from prospect to close.
- Meet and exceed personal targets while contributing to wider revenue growth.
- Represent the business at industry events and networking forums.
About You
- Proven track record in B2B sales, comfortable managing the full sales cycle.
- Confident communicator able to influence at senior level.
- Driven, resilient, and motivated by hitting and exceeding targets.
- Experience in SaaS/tech or subscription sales is desirable but not essential.
