Group Management Accountant
Exeter (Hybrid)
£50,000-£55,000 + Bonus

An established, international organisation is seeking a qualified Group Management Accountant to join their finance team on a permanent basis.

This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to work closely with both UK and US stakeholders, delivering insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business performance.

The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take responsibility for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, alongside driving insight and continuous improvement across financial processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts
• Leading budgeting and forecasting processes
• Delivering variance analysis and performance insights
• Supporting financial modelling, scenario planning and strategic decisions
• Consolidating accounts and developing financial reporting templates
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls
• Liaising with auditors and external advisors
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, reporting and automation

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations, contributing to wider business planning and performance reviews.

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP
• Proven experience in management accounting, budgeting and forecasting
• Confident in consolidations and financial modelling
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data clearly
• Understanding of cost control, margin analysis and KPI reporting
