Senior Account Manager – Renewals

A fast-growing, high-performing B2B SaaS company is on the hunt for a Senior Renewals Account Manager who can drive customer retention and revenue growth.

The Role:
You’ll be the linchpin between customer success and ongoing value, owning the renewal process from start to close. Think strategic handovers, tailored proposals, and high-converting renewal conversations. Your portfolio? A blend of loyal, contract-savvy clients who need the right guidance at just the right time.

The Candidate:

  • 3+ years in Account Management, ideally in SaaS renewals
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and negotiation
  • Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and results-obsessed
  • Strong CRM hygiene and reporting chops (think Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Bonus: experience in the UK public sector or advisory services
