Our client, a fast-growing professional firm in the South West, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Manager to join their dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client prioritises cultivating expertise in financial and legal domains, offering exceptional integrated solutions. As an Accounts Manager, you’ll collaborate with a proficient team, managing diverse client portfolios and mentoring junior members. As the Accounts Manager, your contribution will be pivotal in driving strategic and operational growth within the Accounts Team.
The responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse client portfolio encompassing annual accounts, self-assessment tax, corporation tax, VAT, bookkeeping, and specialised areas.
- Cultivating enduring client relationships through sustained efforts.
- Proactively assisting clients with accounting and tax planning.
- Ensuring timely and tailored solutions align with client objectives.
- Producing and presenting regular account updates to clients and management.
- Accurately monitoring client management accounts, addressing variances and planning opportunities.
- Addressing daily client needs, aiding in their business growth and compliance.
- Supervising Accounts Assistants, providing necessary support and training.
- Reviewing team work, liaising with clients for comprehensive financial insights.
The candidate:
- Proven Account Manager experience with effective interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Skilled in data collection and analysis.
- Track record of delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Exceptional multitasking with keen attention to detail.
